Our 400 sq ft cabin is perfect for 2 people. Rock City & Ruby Falls is a 20 minutes drive and Downtown Chattanooga is a 25 minute drive . It is in our front field of our 17 acre yard and has a nice deck to watch sunsets and relax . It has high speed WiFi and the 50” living room tv has Freevee and Sling logged in.
The bedroom has a queen bed, an electric fireplace and room darkening shades.
The kitchen is set up to cook meals.
You must be at least 25 years old to book and we cannot accommodate any animals.
Rates and Rental Agreement
We take bookings up to 6 months in advance
A Cleaning fee of $40 and 7% sales and 8% occupancy tax is added to all reservations
A one (1) night minimum stay except holiday weeks a three (3) night minimum stay is required
Dec/ Jan / Feb $100 a night
March/ April / May $115 a night
June/ July /August $125 a night
Sept / Oct / Nov $120 a night
Holiday rate and 3 night minimum for Easter , July 4th , Christmas and New Years week $130 a night

The space
The living room has a 50” tv with Freevee and Sling logged in on it. The loveseat is cozy. The kitchen and living room are combined. Although it’s only 400 ft.² it has a full size stove /oven, microwave and a half size refrigerator.
There is a dining room table for meals and game playing .
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a little electric fireplace and room darkening shades.
The bathroom has a walk in shower.
There are board games and some books on the TV stand shelf.
Outside on the deck you can sit and watch the sunset and the cows in the field across the street. There is a charcoal grill here for you. Some days you can see the planes from the flight park pulling up the hang-gliders . It is very peaceful and a great base for your vacation. We are 20 minutes from Rock City and Ruby Falls, 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain ( hang glide) Flight Park and 25 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park & downtown Chattanooga where the TN Aquarium the Incline Railway and lots of restaurants are.
