Rates and Rental Agreement

A $140 Cleaning fee and 7% sales and 8% occupancy tax will be added to all reservations.
A two (2) night stay is required and a 3 night minimum stay for holiday weeks.

March / April / May $239 a night
June / July / August $249 a night
Sept / Oct / Nov / $239 a night
Holidays : Easter , July 4th , Thanksgiving , Christmas and New Years week rates are $275 a night
